We Are Fold Retreats was created to give you a few days off — combining an uninterrupted flow of Pilates and yoga with pleasure and relaxation. Our retreats blend beautiful surroundings, purposeful workouts that help you progress, delicious healthy food, and low-stress pleasures like wine tasting, with plenty of time to unwind in good company

Since discovering Pilates in 2002, it has shaped both my professional path and personal philosophy, leading me to train as a classical Pilates teacher in Los Angeles in 2005, and in contemporary Pilates in Paris in 2009
With over 2000 hours of professional training and more than 20 years of international instructor experience (in both English and French) I bring a depth of knowledge and experience to my teaching which emphasises strength and super-ageing
I hold a BA in Behavioural Science and an MSc in Psychology & Well-Being. I teach in my boutique Pilates studio in County Wicklow, Ireland, online & globally with We Are Fold Retreats

I discovered Pilates while managing a chronic arthritic condition. Regular practice has relieved pain, and strengthened and restored my functional movement. Inspired, I trained as a mat teacher in 2013, and teach group and private classes
Since then, I’ve trained in the Garuda Method (a blend of Pilates, yoga and dance), reformer, and more recently in Power yoga and Yoga Nidra - all of which shape my approach to movement and life, on and off the mat
Outside the studio, I work as a global health consultant. Central to both roles is a belief that knowledge, evidence and embodied experience can empower people to take ownership of their health
